• Each price quote is individually tailored to what you require. For our custom stationery suites (Set of 100 invitations, details cards, wishing well cards and envelopes) you can usually expect to spend around $1500. Prices will vary depending on quantities, printing finishes and any additional extras. However, we do have a rough price guide to help you budget.

  • We generally allow around 4-6 weeks turnaround to accommodate design time and printing. It also depends on what details you are able to provide and how soon you can get all the details to us. We do our very best to ensure that your stationery is completed and shipped to you as soon as possible. See our TIMELINE to get a better idea and how far ahead to plan

  • We sure can, at an additional cost. But don’t let that discourage you, because in the long-run, printing double sided, as opposed to having separate stationery pieces, will be more cost effective. And of course, will be more environmentally friendly! And who doesn’t want that?

  • We always provide digital proofs, because we want to make sure you are involved in the design process and are completely happy with what we’ve created together. You will give your tick of approval before we start making/printing your stationery pieces. You will given 3 amendments. Any further changes will incur a fee.

  • Our initial communication will be via email, with us responding to the form you filled out via our website. As the process continues, you can decide what method of communication you prefer: phone, email or Skype (or similar). It’s really up to you and what you are comfortable with.

  • We do have a minimum order quantity of 50 invitations or stationery suites. However, we understand that in this current climate, restrictions may occur. In these cases we are happy to make a exception.

  • We highly recommend ordering at least 10 more than you require. And that way you will not need to re-order after your initial order, which will incur an additional fee. Also, it’s always nice to have a spare to have as a memento of your special day.
